Shipping policy
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship and sell exclusively within the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the requirement for an adult signature upon delivery. If a P.O. Box address is provided at checkout, Sparky Defense will contact you to obtain a valid physical address.
Processing & Delivery
All orders require a minimum of 24 business-day hours for processing before shipping (Monday–Friday). Orders containing TASER® devices must be received by an adult aged 21 or older at the time of delivery.
If your shipping address is in a city or state with additional restrictions, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing as background checks or documentation may delay shipment.
For orders shipping to Alaska or Puerto Rico, a minimum purchase amount of $900 applies.
Battery Shipments
Due to lithium battery regulations, certain battery packs may be limited to ground shipping only. If you ordered a battery pack without a TASER® device and selected expedited shipping, please contact sparkydefense@gmail.com for assistance.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify the shipping address or contents. Order cancellations depend on fulfillment status and require a written request submitted to sparkydefense@gmail.com.
