Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sparkydefense@gmail.com. Approval depends on the order’s fulfillment stage. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Our team will review the claim and provide replacement or refund instructions as applicable.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (including self-defense and electrical devices), all sales are considered final once shipped, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping errors.
